It is a unifying field of energy that dissolves separation and brings us into the realization of our oneness with God. The true spiritual teachings of Jesus were a symbol of our inner transformation. Yet, many religions and institutions weaponized these teachings as a way to control the masses through fear and the belief that our connection with God depends entirely on an external authority.
This journey of soul remembrance invites us to reclaim our spiritual sovereignty and agency to cultivate a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself, others and the Divine.

Week 1
Integrating the Shadow

We begin by bringing loving awareness to the parts of ourselves we have hidden, judged or disowned. Through guided reflection and breathwork, you’ll explore the fears, emotions and protective patterns that shape your life. This week invites you to meet yourself with greater honesty and care, opening the door to a deeper sense of wholeness.
Week 2
Healing the Inner Child
Live Call: Sunday, November 29, 2026, at 3 PM EST
This week, we turn toward the younger parts of you still longing to feel safe, seen and loved. You’ll explore how early experiences influence your sense of worth, your relationships and your ability to receive love. Through guided inner work and heart-centered practices, you’ll begin offering yourself compassion and forgiveness needed to heal your deepest pain.
Week 3
Harmonizing the Masculine & Feminine
Live Call: Sunday, December 6, 2026, at 3 PM EST
We explore the masculine and feminine as complementary energies within each of us: the capacity to act and receive, create structure and trust intuition, hold boundaries and remain open. You’ll notice where these qualities support one another and where they feel in conflict. Through breathwork and reflection, we’ll cultivate an inner union that supports more balanced choices, relationships and creative expression.
Week 4
Embodying the True Self
Live Call: Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 3 PM EST
This week brings our journey into the lived experience of Christ consciousness: remembering our oneness with God and expressing that connection through love, forgiveness, compassion and service. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus, you’ll explore what it means to inhabit the kingdom within—and allow that awareness to guide your conversations, choices, relationships and response to life.

These final days offer space to absorb what you’ve experienced and carry it forward. Revisit the practices that supported you most, reflect on what is changing within you, and establish a sustainable rhythm of daily connection. We close by choosing how to nurture your relationship with yourself and the Divine beyond these 33 days.

Is this journey associated with a religion or belief system?
The Christ Within is an independent spiritual experience with no affiliation to any religious institution. It draws inspiration from the teachings of Jesus and explores Christ consciousness through breath, meditation and inner work. You are welcome to bring your own faith, questions and perspective. There is no requirement to adopt a particular belief system or religious identity.
What do you mean by “Christ consciousness”?
Within this journey, Christ consciousness refers to the remembrance of our oneness with God and the embodiment of that awareness through love, compassion, forgiveness and service. We explore this as a lived experience that can deepen your relationship with yourself, others and the Divine.
Do I need previous breathwork experience?
No. Beginners are welcome, and you will be guided through the practices. You are encouraged to honor your own pace and capacity throughout the experience.
Do I need to be experienced in meditation or spiritual practice?
No. You can join wherever you are on your path. The journey offers a clear framework for exploring your inner world, whether you are beginning this work or deepening an existing practice.
When are the live calls?
The four live group calls take place on Sundays—November 22, November 29, December 6 and December 13, 2026—at 3 PM Eastern Standard Time. The full journey runs from November 22 through December 24.
What if I can’t attend a live call?
All four calls will be recorded. You can watch the replays in your own time and revisit the teachings and practices throughout the journey and afterward.
What will I receive when I join?
Your enrollment includes four live group calls featuring spiritual teachings, transformational coaching and shared reflection; guided breathwork journeys; daily practices and journal prompts; and lifetime access to the call replays and practice library.
What happens between calls and after the final gathering?
Between calls, you’ll work with daily practices and journal prompts to bring each week’s teachings into your life. Your practice continues after the final call, with December 20–24 dedicated to integration, reflection and choosing how to carry the experience forward.
How does the sliding-scale payment work?
You can choose a contribution between $47 and $197 USD, based on your financial circumstances and capacity to contribute. Every payment level includes the complete experience, with the same calls, practices, replays and resources.
Will I still have access after the journey ends?
Yes. You receive lifetime access to the call replays and practice library, so you can continue working with the material and return to it whenever you wish.
