  • Breathwork is a highly effective tool for release negative thought-patterns, fear-based beliefs, physical tension, and stored emotional energy, however it is not meant to replace therapy, rather it works wonderfully in conjunction with therapy. Some areas of effective therapeutic use include: stress, anxiety, grief, phobias, panic attacks, depression, PMS, headaches/migraines, insomnia, addictions, chronic fatigue, digestive ailments, and pain management

  • Breathwork can be practiced sitting, spine straight, or laying down on a flat surface. Don't do these exercises in water, in a bath or operating a motor vehicle or heavy machinery. Listen to your body and never force anything. Contact your medical doctor if you have high blood pressure or any other condition that makes you believe this practice might not be safe for you.

  • Breathwork can stimulate a range of sensations, feelings, and emotions. Through the rhythmic breathing patterns practiced in this course, you will begin to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which forces the body into a deeply relaxed state.

    On a cellular level you begin activating the organs of the cells that are responsible for releasing and transferring energy.  The increased oxygen works through the blood system and up to the brain, also stimulating the vagus nerve, hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and pineal gland. These patterns also activate a high frequency of electromagnetic vibration throughout the body and mind. Every time you practice breathwork you will have a different experience.

    Some people report:

    Tingling sensations throughout various parts of the body, most common in hands and feet.

    Sleepiness

    Tetany - overly stimulated nerves which cause involuntary muscle cramps and contractions, most often in the hands and feet. But these spasms can extend throughout the body.

    Dizziness or lightheadedness

    Emotional release - since breathwork works on the subconscious mind, people may experience a spectrum of emotions as limiting beliefs, fears, and traumas are unearthed from the body.

    Altered states of consciousness

    If at any point the breathwork practice becomes too intense, it's recommended that you return to your natural breath and pick up the practice when you feel comfortable

  • The techniques of my breathwork are very safe. However, there are some people who should consult a doctor before embarking on breathwork journey, including those who are pregnant or suffer from:

    Severe hypertension or heart disease

    Acute somatic and viral diseases

    Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-I and COPD-III)

    Chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation, or terminal illnessIndividual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency

    Epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias
